Pricing and procedure
Pricing is structured to satisfy the needs of the client and depend on the time spent and type of report. Completed reports will be delivered within 5 working days from the date of property inspection.
If your property is in a rural area, or you need more information, please click on the link below and a valuer will contact you to discuss your individual needs.
STEP 1: Quotation
STEP 2: Upon acceptance of the quotation an instruction must be issued to the valuer via email or fax.

Helen van Stryp
Professional Property Valuer
Helen is registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession and the South African Institute of Valuers. She has a service level agreement with FNB and Investec banks and is on their Board of Valuers.
She completed her studies at the University of South Africa and also successfully passed the South African Council for the Property Valuations Profession’s exam. She is a Professional Property Valuer with experience in residential, commercial, industrial and special properties.
Helen has a service level agreement with Nedbank and FNB bank and is on their Board of Valuers. Among her other clients are attorneys, farmers and private land and business owners.
